An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage the ICTS Group’s 5 workshops in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Our Vice-Presidents are part of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO. They are responsible for upholding and further developing the business, for maintaining customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses and for managing employee performance.
Core Responsibilities:
Overseeing our workshops and field services fleet by sharing best practices in trailer maintenance and repairs, spare part management and technical control
Collaborating across business units while further developing your team to drive execution according to your budget
Guiding the budget process and exceeding forecasts while executing on set out Goals, Key Performance Indicators and Initiatives
As a people manager you know your team’s strength and opportunities, you promote integrity and responsibility across the organisation and you coach and develop staff with positive intent to create an inclusive work environment
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Representing the ICTS-Group before its existing clients through price negotiations and business review while continuously looking to bring in new customers
How will you fit in?
At least 5 years as Workshop Supervisor with experience in leading groups of 20 operators
Experienced in leading and motivating operational and technical employees
Equivalent experience in the automotive or transports & logistics sector
Highly flexible, hands-on and willing to displace to the several workshops and business divisions of the Group while further visiting customers inland or abroad
Medium skill level in IT & ERP tools
Medium skill level in Microsoft office suit
