Unreal Engine Software Developer
Who are we looking for:
Our company is seeking an experienced Unreal Engine Software Developer to join our team. This person will create a virtual environment for our software verification. Are you passionate about designing 3D simulations, adapting them to match special test conditions for our vehicles and play with the physics of the simulated vehicles to look like their physical counterpart? The Unreal Engine and its full set of tools will be your playground!
Your key responsibilities:
Utilizing Unreal Engine’s full tool set to achieve a virtual environment for software verification
Adding new vehicles and terrain maps to enable special test conditions for complex software features
Update the physics of the vehicles to match real behavior
Enable communication between the Unreal application and the virtual software environment
Implementation of new features to enable innovation projects.
Problem solve and determine out-of-the-box solutions for complex technical requirements
Communicate and work with other facilities
Your key competences and qualifications:
3+ years of proven work experience in developing real-time 3D applications in Unreal Engine
Expert plug-in writing skills and solid understanding of C/C++ in an UE4/5 environment
Excellent knowledge of skeletons, meshes, texturing, shading, lighting
Excellent knowledge on providing modular solutions
High self-motivation and proven ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
