Senior Planning Specialist Foragers and Large Square Balers
Who are we looking for:
Ensure correct and stable Planning of Foragers and Balers for full planning horizon based on monthly S&OP-input and considering all possible manufacturing and commercial constraints.
Your key responsibilities:
PO-Cycle Create and maintain MOP and production program on a monthly basis. To be reviewed and approved by Plant Manager and top management. This is the base for workload and headcount calculations for manufacturing. Also base for timing of engineering releases and input for weekly manufacturing planning.
Product Launches Create and maintain planning for Launches, including timing of Prebuild / 4P / Job 1 production. Close follow up with Launch Manager.
Forecast On a weekly base check the forecast output (FORE-system) and solve lost quantities to ensure full and correct forecast for full planning horizon. Plan critical parts extra to avoid issues with long lead time items or new options.
Order Collection Translate OKTS figures from AOM-system to inline allocations to ensure orders for full horizon are slotted respecting the manufacturing constraints. Regular follow up on order intake to ensure firm period is filled with market orders and planning is stabilized in this period. Close follow up with all regions and with manufacturing Management required. Reslot orders and adjust allocations to align both commercial and manufacturing constraints. Ensure all systems are aligned to reflect the same figures.
Order Change checking Approve or reject all received Order Change Requests. Respecting lead-time of critical components and finding best compromise between commercial requests and manufacturing constraints.
Product Offering Change Requests (POCR) Approve or reject of all engineering changes, adjust orders when changes are retro-active.
Budget data Provide and maintain input volumes and configurations for annual budget exercise.
Order Analysis Take rate analyses for purchasing, expediting and engineering, make checks in case of wrong orders or PRP-mistakes, handle rework actions.
Your key competences and qualifications:
System knowledge of SAP / LOC / AOM / FORE / /SPP / PRP / Access / Excel
Product Knowledge of Foragers and Balers

3 Years experience in manufacturing, sales, finance and/or supply chain management.
Self-starter
Customer oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Persuasiveness and perseverance are required, must be able to get things done.
Enterprise planning system knowledge and experience. (SAP / LOC / AOM / FORE / /SPP / PRP ).
Familiar with the agricultural and construction equipment industry and CNH products.
Must be proficient with MS Access, MS Excel and ability to work with large sets of data is a bonus.
Master degree required or equivalent work experience (5 years total) in manufacturing, business, finance and/or supply chain management.
