Retail Logistics Field Specialist – Benelux
Job description:
The main responsibility of the Retail Logistics Field Specialist is to roll-out and support the PRIM (Parts Retail Inventory Management) system on our dealer network. This is a tool, designed to learn from our dealer’s historical parts requirements and to propose actions to optimize their stock level and mix, to improve their service level, reduce backorders and to manage obsolescence.
The Retail Logistics Field Specialist will be part of the “AG EMEA Dealer Experience and Supply Chain” team, within the Parts & Service department. Primary role of this team is to support dealers on improving their capability to fulfil the customer requests on parts, by providing to dealers the right tools and methodologies in planning and deploying their inventory. This team is also responsible to tighten the link between dealers’ spare parts inventory and CNHi spare parts inventory, to create an extended and integrated supply chain.
Main objectives of the Retail Logistics Field Specialist are::
To be the link between the dealers and the central team.
To define together with the central team and with market leaders the roll out plan for PRIM, to put it in place and to manage the maintenance of the system with the dealers.
To travel on a weekly basis within the assigned market(s), organizing meetings with dealers and getting new subscriptions.
To perform training, parameters settings and continuous follow-up with the dealers already involved in the program.
To deploy central initiatives (like the ASOD - Agricultural Sell Out Dashboard) at market level involving both dealers and local leaders.
To be the local reference for all the technical points relate to the DMS software houses.
Essential requirement is to have a strong competence in inventory management/supply chain, good knowledge of dealers’ environment and experience in similar roles, with preference for the automotive industry. The Retail Logistics Field Specialist will work and interact with dealers and internal colleagues, therefore must be able to speak/write fluently in the English language.
The AG EMEA Dealer Experience and Supply Chain – Retail Logistics Field Specialist for Benelux (with North of France as optional) responsibilities are:
To ensure the Project Plan deployment, by visiting Dealers not yet in PRIM, collecting their adhesions and supporting them through their integration, configuration setup and data certification.
To ensure PRIM Dealers’ engagement, supporting them on becoming familiar with the tool, increasing acceptance of proposals and visiting them on a regular basis.
To train dealers on tools and processes deployed by AG EMEA Dealer Experience and Supply Chain team (PRIM, ASOD etc.).
To be the daily contact for questions/issues from the dealers.
To carry out change management on dealer behaviours.
To collect dealer requirements on suggested PRIM enhancement.
To manage day-by-day contact with DMS for maintenance and smooth running.
Data analysis, KPI’s monitoring and regular sharing with dealers.
To prepare presentations addressed to dealers and to other CNHi departments
Desired Profile:
Previous experience in inventory management/supply chain.
Previous working experience in Network/Business Development, or in similar roles, with preference for the automotive industry.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Good project management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office suite in particular excel & power point.
Languages: fluent in French, Dutch and English
Ability to work in multicultural and remote teams.
To hold a full driving licence.
Availability to travel approximately between 50% and 70% of the time
