The Global Technical Expert Feeder will be responsible as technical expert for feeder (for all CNH combines: conventional, hybrid & rotary). She/he is responsible for the technical executions/configurations and functional performance of the feeder package including the structure (carry the header). He/she is not only working on new concepts in cooperation with innovation but as well supporting current platforms. Reliability & durability of the feeder components are as well fallen under the responsibility
PIP & Service Kits Procurement Analyst
Who are we looking for:
The PIP (Product Improvement Program) Procurement Analyst ensures the availability of PIP & Service kits, from PIP & Service kit and its components set-up until the kits are available in stock, to support Product Quality Team campaigns for product improvement, as well as Dealer & Customer Support actions.
Reporting to the AGCE Kits & PIP Planning & Follow-up Manager, he/she works in coordination with Global & Regional Parts Operations departments (PLC, Purchasing, Planning, Procurement, Costing, Pricing, Distribution, DPS, Inventory Management, Marketing) as well as with Product Quality Team, Dealer & Customer Support and PIP Office to ensure the PIP & Service kits availability and conduct all required actions.
Your key responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the set-up, sourcing, costing, pricing, ordering, expediting, building of PIP kits & components until available to have the PIP launched
Align with Regional and Global Product Quality Team to make sure we have the technical information, scope and content of the PIP
Implement special actions if required to have kits available in time and prevent backorders
Liaise with the depots to prioritize the kit building and manage potential issues
Participate in European & Global calls organized by PIP Office, Product Quality Team, Dealer & Customer Support concerning PIP launches and follow-up on actions to be implemented
Coordinate with Product Quality Team, Dealer & Customer Support and PIP office on timing and priorities
Liaise with the PIP Office Team to decide on best timing for PIP release, communicating kits availability status and estimation
Monitor partially released PIP until 100% availability
Manage with Finance on extra costs re-allocation (like air freight, special shipments or extra resource for the supplier, …)
Manage PIP kits phase-out when the PIP are closed
Analyze, manage and follow-up tasks in K2 system (PIP System)
Share PIP kits historical sales analysis when requested by PIP Office
Analyze, adjust and approve order proposals for Service kits in the system
Analyze kits orders, looking for solutions/information and implement corrective actions in order to provide the best estimated availability date for the kit
Maintain updated clear and precise information kits availability in the system
Responsabilities & autonomous level - Reporting
You follow in autonomy a portfolio of PIP & Service kits.
You are responsible to make the various stakeholders aware of the potential urgency of the situation and should solve autonomously the supply issues related to kits components, actively thinking out of the box solutions. He/she should escalate if needed.
You can organize his/her workload respecting the priorities, following closely on special actions related to PIP.
You seek continuous improvement of PIP tools and existing processes.
You are responsible for a Service kits portfolio built in several European depots. He/she should therefore plan on a regular basis in an optimal way the kits orders.
Desired profile:
Expert knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Operations
Mandatory Fluent in English (read, written, spoken)
Strong organization skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Great resistance to stress & being able to adapt quickly to critical situations
Good verbal & nonverbal communication skills (clear & effective)
Working Customer focused & Results orientation
Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic
Team player and able to work autonomously
Office Pack Advanced skills (Excel mandatory, Access recommended, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook, PowerBI)
Ability to adapt to work with internal IT Systems
Demonstrate CNHi Product Interest (knowledge is a plus)
Location : Zedelgem or Le Plessis
Travel : 5% national and international
