Parts Catalogue Specialist
Who are we looking for:
Scope: Functioning in the AMS Team worldwide and beyond.
Financial impact: Design Service Parts Catalogues, which meet the defined standards and requirements, ensuring quality and accuracy of publication is met, this to increase customer satisfaction, reduce warranty cost and to help parts sales. Saving time and money by quality delivery.
Dealer impact: Create a dealer friendly catalogue to allow dealer to work as efficiently as possible.
Your key responsibilities:
Responsible to create online and offline Service Parts Catalogues for Combines, Forage Harvesters, Balers, Grape/Olive/Coffee/Blackcurrant Harvesters, Headers, Soil-Grass equipment and OEM products like, Kemper, Mascar, Marangon, Phiber, ... and this for NH, Case IH and Kongskilde branded products.
Interact with Engineering, Technical Support, Parts Activation, Service, Marketing, Parts Quality, OEM suppliers to support our dealers and customers at a global level.
Process data coming from various internal and external production plants and engineering sites like Zedelgem, Coex, Plock, Grand Island, Kutno, Overum …
Making a decision on the service strategy and to create the Service Parts Catalogue accordingly to meet the needs of our worldwide customers and internal users.
Propose new concepts or validate any suggestion that helps to determine the correct part as quick as possible for dealers and final customers. This should result in positive financial impact and decreased time both at dealer or CNH industrial side.
Support Parts Marketing to provide data for the Harvesting APP which drives more part sales.
Support the creation of standards used inside the company and outside.
Innovate and optimize workflow of creating the catalogue, while increasing the quality of the catalogue.
Your key competences and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree - technical orientation, or equivalent through experience.
Language skills: English, Dutch, French and German (optional).
Thorough knowledge of harvesting products.
Knowledge of standard Microsoft software (Knowledge of VBA is a plus) and other software like NGPC, CSPS, Qlikview, Enovia, Iview, CFS, PHD dashboard, Cognos …
Thorough knowledge of PTC Creo & Isodraw.
Knowledge of TcaE PLM system.
Interpretation and reading of Product Offering, production programs, ECO/DPW, PINL’s, technical drawings and schemes, service bulletins and installation instructions.
The ability to read correctly Operators and Service manuals to integrate within the Service Parts catalogue.
Having the skill to make a technical illustration
3 years mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technical experience.
Having the know-how to determine wear and maintenance parts.
The ability to understand the global workshop behaviors and analyze the market trends of competitors.
Having the mindset to work as a team.
Used to work in digital environment to achieve synergies in our processes.
Project management.
Other information:
Participate in the planning activities, providing input regarding estimated hours, progress and resource requirements. To meet client and customer requirements and to ensure completion of projects as scheduled. Work closely with suppliers or agencies in order to control the various phases of the process.
Analyze and process Engineering data/Engineering changes/Information Documents. Translate the changes and new data into the Service Parts Catalog and maintain the legacy data from a product series. Convert engineering data structure into service data structure which is driving serial number driven catalogues.
Drive the activity with external resources to deliver the parts catalogues, ensuring the objectives are met within project schedule.
Add and maintain spare parts info into the CNH industrial systems with the correct parameters to allow the logistic flow and to ensure that the parts are stocked to reach the correct service level.
Designing of Service Parts Catalogues that meet the standards and requirements, within the objectives of timing, cost and quality. Which allows the customer to order the correct spare part based on the given information.
Make sure latest data is being published before launch or before season, based on the product.
Dealing with external/internal questions, PHD’s, Issue Masters and problems relating to the commercial and technical information contained in the Service Parts Catalogue, with the aim of providing the appropriate solution in line with the KPI.
Create exploded technical illustrations and pictorial indexes, which are consulted by other departments: Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, Marketing, Warranty, Parts Quality, Product Training …
Follow-up and analyze service information, in order to take the necessary actions to integrate into the Service Parts Catalogue.
Liaise with Technical Information/Product Marketing teams providing assistance when required.
Deliver the data for the commercial Maintenance Parts manuals.
Work with Parts Quality and Service to create DIA/Service kits.
