Position Summary:
Assisting truck and trailerplanning on both continent and UK (mix of both)
Process transportorders to hauliers via our inhouse TMS
Follow up truck &-trailertrajects
Book crossings with ferry companies
Take customs procedures into account
Book in deliveries on both continent and UK
This is where you come in:
Part of Europa Road Group (UK-Dartford) with + 200 mio gbp turnover, + 1000 employees
Company with own entity in a large company with full focus on transport
Operational team of roughly 10 person in Oostende
Reporting directly to the operations manager
Our Ideal Person:
Exceptional communication and learning skills.
Has a great interest in geography
Confident and clean communicator with suppliers & colleagues.
Accurate input in the TMS (transportorders / ferrycrossings).
Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, issue and query resolution.
