New Product Launch Coordinator


Your key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all Material management & Purchasing functions to reach the Parts & Service KPIs, deliverables for each GPD Milestone at a global level. Assuring stocking levels in all regions of the launch.

  • Approve GPD milestones at the Platform level, following all relevant policies and procedures. Through coordination within AMS teams and Platform engineering, achieve 100% availability on ISL/CFL parts and Critical DIA’s – 90% on new parts

  • Negotiate and Setup Mitigation plans during core team meetings to support the launch of new product. Including working directly with manufacturing, engineering and purchasing to determine the best mitigation plan for each component.

  • Maintain accurate information in all New Product Launch tools and databases to be ensure precise project status reports. Used in all GPL meetings and for the Global sign-off of product launches.

  • Analyze Post Launch Fill metrics (for the first 12 months) and ensure successful KPIs are maintained. Identify root cause effects and establish corrective action through process improvement, in line with the material management inventory KPI.

  • Distribute reports to appropriate departments (planning, purchase, phase-in, engineering, expediting & pricing) to communicate focus and priorities to achieve GPD requirements.

  • Analyze/Review parts set-up and phase-in for all CNH Industrial AMS locations around the world; accelerate parts availability while minimizing inventory obsolescence to support New and Current AG Products.

  • Validate initial forecast for each region at set up based on product knowledge without historical demand or information from meetings with other departments.

  • In direct support of resolving customer issues answer Vehicle Off Road (VOR) and Break Down Assistance (BDA) requests, by providing alternative/ technical solutions. Allowing for backorders resolution within the set KPI.

  • Within the CNHI policies and procedures, assure complete, reliable and consistent global forecasts for new parts. Responsible for global product launches from regional design teams.

  • Scope is AMS readiness for global product launches.

  • Financial impact:

- Global Inventory value of around 300M Euro, first year forecast for all region for

new parts phased in.

- Assist pricing in setting accurate price for complex components. Directly

impacting the margin of those items.

  • Coordinates with Phase-In Analysts on timing and priorities. Supplying required information from GPLs to the Phase-In Analysts allowing for accurate forecasts.

  • Develop relationships Globally with cross functional teams, including outside of AMS.

  • Direct communication with platform team management, and counterparts in manufacturing, materials, purchasing, & engineering

  • Assist compliance with accurately categorizing parts for relevant import/export requirements.

  • Be able to represent AMS for new product launch activities within all entities in the company.

Your key competences and qualifications:

  • High School graduate, Bachelor Level degree in technical field or similar experience.

  • Expert knowledge and application of Excel and Access.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Be flexible and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.

  • Required Language: English

  • Knowledge of CNH Industrial systems, business processes and products.

  • Knowledge of new part forecasting and NPL coordination.

  • Advanced level: A minimum of 2 years experience in NPL Coordination

  • Specialist level: A minimum of 5 years experience in NPL Coordination
