Lineage is an international logistics service provider specialized in temperature-controlled warehousing and supply chain solutions for the food industry.
For its site in Kallo, Lineage is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who will help oversee maintenance activities and actively contribute to the optimization of technical installations on site.
Your responsibilities
Planning and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate, monitor, and actively support technical interventions, breakdowns, and repairs.
Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor and acting as a point of contact.
Monitoring and evaluating work carried out by external suppliers.
Independently managing technical cases: analyzing, coordinating with suppliers, reporting, and following up through to completion within agreed deadlines.
Contributing to technical improvement projects and optimizations.
Ensuring safety, quality, and proper execution of all activities.
Collaborating with Operations and Site Management to ensure reliable operations.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
Strong technical interest and a hands-on mindset.
Present and engaged on the shop floor.
Critical mindset with the ability to assess situations objectively.
Solution-oriented and able to take ownership of tasks independently.
Proactive approach to safety and risk awareness (in line with prevention level 3).
Practical mindset with a positive and solution-driven approach.
Team-oriented, communicative, and supportive.
Initial experience in maintenance, industrial environments, or logistics is a plus.
