Our Cargo division, CLdN Cargo, operates a fleet of 4,500 trailers and 45ft containers, providing door-to-door logistics services including European full load transport, freight forwarding, and cargo management. Through CLdN Ports, the company owns and operates several RoRo terminals in the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium. The CLdN Group’s roots date back to 1928, and its headquarters are located in Luxembourg. Today, the group employs over 3,000 people.

To support our Mafi department at the Zeebrugge office, we are looking for a Mafi Equipment Operator to join CLdN Tech.

Your role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for loading, unloading, and safely securing trailers and containers on our roll-on/roll-off vessels using specialized equipment such as roll trailers (Mafis), RoRo cassettes, and RoRo trestles

• Execute the annual inspection program to ensure safety and availability of the equipment fleet

• Handle damage repairs resulting from loading, unloading, or sea transport

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing of equipment units

• Carry out repair work such as mounting bearings, lubrication, welding cracks, and repainting

  
  

Your profile:

You meet the following criteria:

• You have a secondary education diploma. A forklift certificate and/or semi-automatic weldingcertificate are a plus

• You are capable of working independently, yet thrive in a team setting

• You take initiative, are administratively precise, and communicate clearly

• You have basic PC skills

• You are willing to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

• You are open to training opportunities and hold a category B driving license
