Flagship New Holland Program Manager
Your key responsibilities:
Platform function for Current Product Improvements, Advanced Dev. and GPP projects with focus on:
Leading the full cycle : from program definition till product delivery to market.
Accountability for budgeting, planning and execution for all objectives : time, cost, quality and scope
Bring together the cross functional team in a collaborative and high-performing environment
Communicate to stakeholders throughout the projects
Proactively identify and mitigate risk
Provide visibility to issues as they arise, escalate as needed
Prepare communication materials and formal presentations as needed
Reporting to the Global Platform Manager
Your key competences and qualifications:
A leader who motivates the team to deliver
As proactive professional you have the skill of anticipating on future roadblocks.
When roadblocks occur, you have the necessary skills and drive to solve them.
You don’t get lost in detail, but keep the team on the right track
Cross functional experience is a plus(After Sales, Manufacturing, SQE, PdP …)
Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong communication and coaching skills
Strong organizational skills
