To enforce our team in Zeebrugge, we are looking for an All-round Logistics Officer.

All-round Logistics Officer

Purpose of the Position

To organize, facilitate, execute, and follow up on a wide range of logistical tasks, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards and meeting the specific requirements of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Receiving transport orders and verifying feasibility, pricing, agreements, etc.

• Recording these orders, including complete administrative processing

• Supporting optimal planning of ECC units

• Monitoring smooth transportation operations and keeping colleagues both internally and externally, as well as clients, informed of any adjustments/problems

• Recording complaints, waiting times, customs formalities, etc.

• Collaborating and communicating with various planners and customer service representatives in an international context

• Ensuring compliance with SLAs and supporting the Key Account Manager

Profile

• A background or education in logistics is a plus; however, enthusiasm and drive are equally important

• Flexible and open to a varied workload

• Proficiency in English

• Proficient in common MS Office applications

• Strong administrative and communication skills with attention to detail

• Willingness to work in shifts according to different shift patterns
