Continuous Improvement Engineering Leader
Who are we looking for :
CNH Industrial is striving to achieve excellence and therefore, we are seeking an individual who can be the driving force in the enhancement of our efficiency. As Continuous Improvement Engineering Leader you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering processes within our Crop Harvesting group on a global scale. Your main objective will be to constantly seek out more effective methods, identify best practices and improve tools to optimize our operations.
Your key responsibilities:
Identify process improvements and efficiencies in product engineering and validation
Look for best practices and further optimize these into a process improvement
Develop and improve existing process to reduce the labour time and amount of transactions
Document the process improvements and implement these consistently in all platforms globally
Align the process improvements with the other GPPs and Engineering Services, as applicable
Work with the engineering service community to improve the processes and tools, as applicable
Develop short term stop gap solutions awaiting longer term process and tool improvements
Develop process KPIs to measure the efficiency improvements
Develop a plan to document the ‘knowledge’ and the proliferation of said ‘knowledge’
Desired profile:
Your key competences and qualifications
Need to have:
Bachelors Degree in engineering, IT or business
3+ years of Business experience
Nice to have:
Strong analytic mindset with a helicopter view
Experience in Process Improvement
Engineering processes background is a plus
IT process background could come in handy
A teamplayer mindset
