In order to support the further professionalization and grow HR Consul is looking for an:
You are responsible for a fixed number of administrative tasks and you also offer support to the colleagues within Pioniara when needed.
Depending on your experience, you will immediately take on or grow into the following tasks:
Inside sales : you are the point of contact for our international clients. You prepare price offers and ensure that sales agreements are correctly administratively processed
Reception and registration of visitors, handling of incoming phone calls in a professional and customer oriented way
Provide support with invoicing and follow up of payments
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and a basic knowledge of French
MS office: advanced user
You preferably have experience in a similar position
Your stress resistance and accurate way of working allow you to work smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
