ICTS is looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of the rental activities in north-east Poland and help expand ICTS’s presence in the region. As part of an international and fast-growing organisation, you will play a key role in developing our customer base and strengthening long-term partnerships in the transport sector.

Account Manager
Your responsibilities
Manage and further develop all rental activities within your region.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contract terms, and follow up on signed agreements.
Work closely with the finance department to monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up.
Proactively identify new clients and business opportunities through customer visits, prospect meetings, and telephone outreach.
Exchange insights and align sales strategies with Account Managers in other regions.
Monitor market trends and translate them into targeted sales actions.
Your profile
Proven experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive, independent, and results-driven.
Customer-oriented with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Knowledge of the north-eastern Poland region is considered an advantage.
